ORDER
Since the issue involved in this writ petition pertains to public interest, this Court expressed its view to the learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court, and if at all the petitioner is willing to redress his grievance, he will have to do the same only through a Public Interest Litigation (PIL).
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also now made an endorsement in the court bundle for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file a PIL. The said endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner is recorded by this Court.
3. This Court is not expressing any view on the merits and maintainability of the PIL to be filed by the petitioner. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a PIL.
