This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the detenu, by name P.Nagaraj, son of Premkumar, aged about 32 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the detenu had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, on 7.2.2015, in respect of Aminjikarai P.S. Crime No.121/2015, for an offence under Section 379 IPC, on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the said submission, we find it appropriate to dismiss the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
