The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the Central Information Commission proceedings relating to its order No.CIC/DS/C/2009/000010 dated 19.08.2010.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructous since the petitioner has retired from service on August 2012 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
