(Order of the Court delivered by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the Order of this Court, dated 13.08.2014 made in W.A.No.753 of 2012.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.K.Tippu sultan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Letter No.32889/SE1(1)/2018-7, dated 27.02.2021.

3. The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submissions and the proceedings so produced, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
