ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give suitable police protection to the petitioner.

2. It seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and it is pending before the 1st respondent police. Admittedly, earlier the petitioner had filed a petition in the year 2016 and after four years, this petition filed cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.
