This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 07.06.2024 made in A.S.No.54 of 2023 on the file of Additional District Court, Dharmapuri confirming the judgment and decree dated 15.09.2023 made in O.S.No.208 of 2013 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for respondents, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
