This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 17.10.2019 made in W.P.No.28343 of 2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that as against the aforesaid order dated 18.04.2022, the Respondents have preferred the Writ Appeal before this Court in W.A.No.733 of 2022 and the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.04.2022, passed an interim order by directing the Disciplinary Authority to keep the final decision taken in a sealed cover and the matter was adjourned to 04.07.2022.
