O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is that an order of eviction has been passed by the respondent Authorities in exercise of powers under Sections 78 & 79 of HR and CE Act and as against the same revision petition is filed on 25.07.2024 and it is pending before the first respondent.

2. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. In view of the limited prayer that is made, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following directions.

(i) The revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

(ii) The other respondents shall await the orders of the revision before giving effect to the order of eviction that is passed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
