[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] As alleged by the learned State Public Prosecutor assisted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that certain misrepresentations were made and orders came to be passed based on such representations, granting 15 days of ordinary leave, with minimum escort through our earlier final order dated 22.04.2024, the present Writ Petition was listed today under the caption 'for being spoken to'.

2. The learned State Public Prosecutor assisted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, filed a typed set of papers to substantiate that the representations made before this Court were not true. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, who seeks time to get instructions. However, on a prima facie view, we intend to suspend our earlier final order dated 22.04.2024, and accordingly, the same stands suspended for the present. It is made clear that the escort accompanying the prisoner viz., Kalimuthu @ Vellai Kalli, S/o.Shanmugavel, aged 35 years, shall surrender him before the concerned jail authority on 01.05.2024.
