ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and restrain the first respondent from interfering with the civil issues in respect of the petitioner's property.

2. This is a case and counter filed by the second respondent and

subsequently, the respondents/Police came to know that there is a civil dispute between the parties and therefore, the complaint was closed. Therefore, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner Hence, this petition is dismissed. 31.01.2025 cs To
