When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel sought for the leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and to file a fresh petition by making necessary averments 2/4

and filing necessary documents. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission of made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
