O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to hold a departmental enquiry against the third respondent by considering his representation dated 28.03.2017 in accordance with law. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he was participated in public auction held on 29.02.2016, as per Proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.24/2016/A1 dated 24.02.2016 and he was declared as a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

highest bidder for the vacant place constructed under L.V.T.B. Scheme between Shop Nos.1 and 10 for the period from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2019 and instead of approving the petitioner, the Executive Officer, Omalur Town Panchayat, the third respondent herein, has awarded the bid in favour of one Yogaraja, who is the fourth respondent herein. Only after getting information on 22.12.2016, the petitioner has given a representation, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court seeking the above said direction. 3.When the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has taken a plea that the petitioner has been declared as a highest bidder, it was not known why he has not enclosed any such proceeding to show the petitioner has been declared as highest bidder. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to accept his submission. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
