This petition is filed by the petitioners /appellants to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 14.12.2021 made in W.P. No.

3139 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has stated no objection for ordering this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

3. Having regard to the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the no objection stated on the side of the respondents, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
