CMP. No.5593 of 2024 in S.A. No.616 of 2017 P.B.BALAJI, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 13.10.2023 passed in S.A.No.617 of 2017. The condonation delay petition has already been ordered by me dated 04.03.2024. This application is consequent application and the affidavit is filed on the same set of facts and reasons, already been accepted in the condone delay application.

2. Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no serious objection for allowing this application. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
