Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the jurisdictional appellate authority, in the prescribed format, complying with the provisions of the Act, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any such appeal, the appellate authority shall condone the delay if any, and entertain the appeal, adjudicate the same on merits and in accordance with law, by affording opportunity to the petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 2.With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
