Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners representations dated 6.5.2005 and 10.5.2005 in accordance with law and on merits and consequently forbear the respondents from awarding dealership for petrol/Diesel Retail outlet at Mahakavi Bharathi Nagar chennai-39 in favour of the 4th respondent till the disposal of representations dated 6.5.2005 and 10.05.2005 and allow this WP with cost.
