The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the executing Court returning the application filed by the petitioner under Section 47 of Code of Civil Procedure.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent filed the E-courts status report stating that the main execution petition was terminated on 11.11.2021 itself.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
