Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent comprised in his letter Nos.B1/21602/2009 dated 11.4.2009 and B1/21604/2009 dated 17.4.2009 respectively and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to consider and grant building permission to the petitioners in respect of its property situated at respective Flat Nos.M-5 and M-6 in TNHB Block, L.B.Road, Kamaraj Nagar, comprised in S.No.35 Part, T.S.Nos.21/2 and 21/3 respectively, Block No.10, Thiruvanmiyur Village, Chennai, without insisting on the execution of any gift deed in favour of the second respondent.
