WMP.Nos.3107 of 2019 & in W.P.No.4797 of 2018 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and R.HEMALATHA, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that in pursuant to the direction / order passed by this Court, W.M.P.No.3107/2019 is filed.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Miscellaneous Petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the proposed respondents 8 to 39, except 22, 35 and 38, who are dismissed as abated vide order dated 26.07.2019 are impleaded as respondents in the main Writ Petition. Registry is directed to carry out suitable amendment in the cause title.

4. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents through Court as well as privately, returnable on 02.03.2020.
