This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to grant adinterim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, servants, agents or any person acting under them from creating mortgage, sale, agreements, charge, lien or any other encumbrance over the suit schedule property which includes their 3/6th share over the property.

2. Since the main suit is at the stage of trial, there is no need to keep pending this application unnecessarily. Hence, this application is closed.
