2. Though the reason of papers misplaced in the office of the counsel has been stated for such a huge delay of 529 days, we are inclined to accept the same only on terms. Hence, this petition is ordered on payment of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such condition, this petition is ordered.
