(CRIME NO.122 of 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.7023/2019 dated 12.04.2019 in Crime No.122/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police EDF-III Team-20,CCB Chennai to report before the respondent on every Monday,Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S J.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7023 of 2019 dated 12.04.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
