2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after the receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.12.2019, preliminary enquiry has been conducted and F.I.R has been registered on 23.02.2020 in Crime No.88 of 2020 under sections 147, 294(b), 420, 408 and 506(2) of IPC.
