O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent-Electricity Board, states that the the Service Connection had already been effected in the premises of the writ petitioner. Thus, in view of the fact that the Service Connections are already provided to the writ petitioner on the premises. Thus, no further consideration is required and accordingly, the grievance of the writ petitioner was redressed. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
