These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 170 days seeking to set aside the abatement on account of the death of deceased sole respondent in S.A.No.1849/2004 and (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent in S.A.No.1849/2004 and (iii) to bring on record the following legal heir of the deceased sole respondent 1.Rasamma, w/o A.Ramasamy, 2.Radha s/o A.Ramasamy, 3.Ravikumar s/o A.Ramasamy, 4.Vanithamani d/o A.Ramasamy, 5.Senthilkumar. A.Ramasamy as party respondents in the above S.A.No.1849 of 2004.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has no objection in allowing the CMPs. 3.

Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 01.04.2021 AT Note: Office is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter in the 2nd week of June.
