(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) In compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court on 21.03.2019, a sum of Rs.3 lakhs has been handed over by the counsel for the appellant to the counsel for the respondent before the Court, in the presence of the parties.

The same stands recorded.

It is also agreed by the counsel for the appellant that the remaining sum of Rs.2 lakhs will be paid on or before 31.05.2019. The other directions regarding the welfare of the child, as recorded in the judgment dated 21.3.2019, will have to be complied with.
