Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the name of the Court as "District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil" instead of "Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore" in Crl.O.P.No.32299 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 and the same was ordered.

2. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
