This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 11.11.2021 in W.P.No.23572 of 2021.

KST for the respondent submitted that, as against the order passed by the Writ Court an intra-Court appeal in W.A.No.1416 of 2022 was filed and the same came to be disposed of by the orders of the Division Bench today ie., 28.06.2022. In the said order, the writ petitioner was directed to file a fresh application to the Municipality and on such filing that would be considered by the Municipality and orders on merits would be passed.

3. In that view of the matter, since as per the judgment of the Division Bench, the order of the writ Court from which the present Contempt Petition has arisen has got merged with the order passed by the Division Bench, this Court feels that no persuasive action needs to be taken in this Contempt Petition.
