Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the firs respondent herein comprised in the impugned Form-9 Notice of Auction sale dated 26.08.2010 in CEP No.346/10-11 in ARC No.1558/02-03 notifying the Auction sale of the petitioner's only dwelling house property in Door No.13/5 (Plot No.28) in Survey No.24/3A2) in Maruthurvar Colony 4th Street, Nethaji Nagar, Vaniyambadi Town, Vellore District, quashing the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to receive from the petitioner the concessional due amount of Rs.95,631/- after deducting the sum of Rs.10,000/- remitted by the petitioner on 06.09.2010 and 09.09.2010 and also deducting the initial deposit of Rs.10,500/- within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court and return the documents of title of the petitioner's house forthwith.
