This Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the second respondent police to produce the petitioner's wife.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the wife of the petitioner eloped with third respondent leaving behind the petitioner and his children. In this regard, on the complaint given by the husband/petitioner herein,the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.411 of 2018 as "woman missing" and they are still searching the wife of the petitioner herein.

4.Admittedly, she is major and on her own volition, she left the matrimonial home with the third respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered now. However, the second respondent is directed to conduct investigation to trace out the wife of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.
