ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent and their subordinates not to interfere in civil disputes and not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by fourth respondent for civil disputes.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.
3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
