C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions relates to challenging the show cause notice and interim attachment of the petitioner's property under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act/ surcharge proceedings.

2.During the pendency of the writ petitions, the respondents concluded the surcharge proceedings under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.17,06,583/-, as against which, the petitioner preferred appeal before the Co-operative Tribunal in C.M.A.No.3 of 2009 and the Co-operative Tribunal also confirmed the surcharge proceedings.

Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred civil revision before this Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in these writ petitions. The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
