2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader.
3.Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners have acquired their respective properties, however, they have not been issued the corresponding pattas. Even though the Petitioners submitted their representation dated 21.10.2024, it has not yielded any positive outcome and hence, the Petitioners have come before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and in the interest of justice, this Court is not expressing any view on the merits of these cases and since the representations of the petitioners appear to have been pending before the respondent, it is suffice to direct the 5th respondent/The District Revenue Officer, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram District to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and dispose the same on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed to the limited extent as stated above. No costs.
