The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking for a direction, directing the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the I.A.No.347 of 2012 in O.S.No.91 of 2008 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner. 3.The learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur is now required to dispose of the I.A.No.347 of 2012 in O.S.No.91 of 2008 on or before 30.04.2022. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the admission stage itself. No costs.
