This writ petition is of the year 2010 and the matter has been listed on various dates. The learned counsel originally appearing for the petitioner has reported that he had returned the case papers back to the party along with change of vakalat and the same was recorded by this Court as early as on 11.01.2022. Even thereafter till date none entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore the matter was listed for hearing on 28.02.2024 by printing the name of the party under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter was called today i.e., 28.02.2024, none represented on behalf of the petitioner and as such the matter shall stand dismissed for non prosecution.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
