This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 22.01.2019 made in CMA.No.55 of 2019 and restore the CMA.No.55 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard Mr.D.Ravichander, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered. As a sequel, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA.No.55 of 2019 is restored.
