The Petitioner/wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to transfer F.C.O.P.No.4288 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chennai, filed by her husband/respondent herein, for divorce to the file of the Subordinate Court, Udumalpet.
2. The petitioner and the respondent got married on 06.03.2009 at Udumalpet and out of their wedlock, they were blessed with two children. It is informed by the learned counsel on both sides that now the elder son is with the respondent-father and the younger son is with the petitionermother.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

5. Considering the above factors, the proceedings pending on the file of the Family Court, Chennai in F.C.O.P.No.4288 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Udumalpet.
6. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
