This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Padmavathi, a petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to cohttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
operate with the investigation and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered and this order of not to harass shall not be a shield against arrest.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
