Common Prayer:- Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the files of the respondent in his notices dated 26.09.2011 in TIN.33651822364/2007-2008, 2008-09, 2009-10 and in TIN: 33111823146/2007-08, 2008-09 & 2009-10 respectively and to quash the same.

COMMON ORDER When these cases are taken up for hearing, it was noticed that an interim order was passed by this Court on 30.09.2011 and the same was appealed before the Division Bench in W.A.Nos.2065 to 2067 of 2011. By separate orders dated 04.11.2011, the Division Bench of this Court in WA.Nos.2065 to 2067 of 2011 directed the respondent to issue show cause notice along with a receipt showing deposit of 50% of the demand and the dealers have to file their objection in this regard.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the orders were passed pursuant to the directions of the Division Bench on 04.11.2011, further show cause notices were issued and orders have been passed by the respondent, copies of which have been today filed by the learned counsel for the respondent, which is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In the light of these development, there is no necessity to pass any further orders in these writ petitions.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
