O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the maintenance case in M.C.No.1 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Attur, and transfer the same to be tied along with the divorce proceedings H.M.O.P.No.107 of 2012, on the file of the Sub Court, Attur.

2.It is seen from the records that almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, since numerous Presiding Officers were also changed to the concerned Court.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
