J U D G M E N T

At the instance of the parties the matter was referred to Mediation. As per the report, the matter has been settled between the parties and a joint memo of compromise has also been filed.

2. Ms.Revathy M.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- which was agreed to be paid under the compromise has been paid and the same has been realized by the plaintiff, hence the suit may be dismissed as settled out of court.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, both the suit as well as the counter claim are dismissed as settled out of Court and the Registry is directed to issue cheque in favour of the plaintiff and the defendants for the court fees paid on the plaint and counter claim respectively. Consequently, the connected Application is closed. Index : No Internet : Yes Non-speaking Order
