The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order of recovery and direct the respondents to pay the DCRG to the petitioner with interest.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent / the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu, relying on the written instructions given by the senior Accounts officer / legal cell, informed this Court that the pensionary benefits of the petitioner were revised taking the pay last drawn of Rs.7425+s.p.40 and authorisation for the following benefits were issued by the the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu in proceedings dated 29.11.2007.

3. Accordingly, the pension amount of Rs.3733/- per month with effect from 1.8.2004 has been paid and the DCRG Rs. 1,95,459/- and the CVP Rs.1,56,147/- have also paid to the writ petitioner.

4. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed in Toto and therefore, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition as the cause aroused became infructuous. 5.In view of the written instructions given by the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent, the writ petition stands closed. However, no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
