When the matter was listed on 20.01.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 24.01.2023. When the matter appeared in the list on 02.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, this Court was inclined to give one more opportunity to the petitioner and hence, directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 06.02.2023. However, due to reasons, the matter was not listed earlier.

2.Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", however, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option than to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
