This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4, not to grant mining license in favour of fifth respondent herein to conduct mining operation in S.F.No.1075/1B, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Barhur Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District till the out come result in O.S.No.239 of 2005 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Bhavani.

2. Today, when this Writ Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has submitted that mining license has not been renewed in favour of the fifth respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
