ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 1 st respondent dated 18.06.2012 and the consequential enquiry notice of the 1 st respondent dated 18.06.2012.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 3 to 6 submitted that the same proceedings were put to challenge by the respondents in W.P.No.28293 of 2013 and this writ petition came to be disposed of by an order dated 27.10.2021, giving liberty to the respondents to workout their remedy by filing a civil suit.

3/5 3.In the light of the above order passed by this Court, independent orders cannot be passed in this writ petition and it will be left open to the parties to agitate their dispute before the competent Civil Court. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
