When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e. on 13.06.2022 and 29.06.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 01.07.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over and again called at 12.00 a.m., none appeared for the petitioner.

3. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
