ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.02.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as an office worker in All India Hindhu Maha Sabha having office at No.777, Poonamalle High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai. He further submitted that one Nirangini joined in All India Hindhu Maha Sabha and started participating in few programmes and in that she got acquittance with the
petitioner and induced the petitioner to pay a sum of rupees one lakh for making arrangement to get a government job. Accordingly, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.70,000/- to her, but, subsequently she did not make any arrangement to get a job and refused to repay the said amount. Hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 11.01.2020, but, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint.
3. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Nirangini, two F.I.Rs were registered against one Sri Kandhan. He further submitted that the petitioner is working under the said Srikandhan and only at the instigation of the said Sri Kandhan, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 11.01.2020 and after receipt of the said complaint, C.S.R.No.30/2020 was issued and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
