Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ order or direction calling for the records of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.16170/D3/2007 dated 11.06.2007 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents from retain the State Wide Seniority of the Secondary Grade Teachers in Panchayat Union Elementary Schools fixed by the Teachers Recruitment Board prior to the proceedings

dated 11.06.2007 issued by the 2nd Respondent for preparing the panel of eligible candidates for promotion as Head Masters in the Panchayat Union Elementary School and promote the petitioners as Head Masters in the Panchayat Union Elementary Schools based on the said panel.
