The relief sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to give adequate Police Protection to the petitioner Company by effectively preventing the respondents 2 to 5 and their associates so as to enable the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to run the Industry with the wiling workers thus enabling free ingress and egress of men material and vehicles to remove and transport the finished products from the petitioner's premises.

2.No Appearance for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner-company has requested for police protection for ingress and egress of the respondents 2 to 5 in their unit. Now ten year has been lapsed, therefore at this distance point of time, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The Additional Government Pleader has also fairly submitted that if the petitioner still has grievance, they can make necessary request before the first respondent and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court cannot grant the relief as sought for in the writ petition and nothing survives for adjudication after lapse of 10 years. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that if necessary, the petitioner can approach the authorities concerned and seek remedy.

5. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
