This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 248 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that the respondent has no objection in ordering this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 248 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal. vkr 25.02.2020 NOTE: Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
